Basic our results of the studies performed in the area of resonance effect of fields on non-linear physical and biological systems.

  1. The possibility of selective spatial containment of bodies and particles (from elementary to macro) in inhomogeneous resonance electromagnetic fields without external feedback was demonstrated theoretically and experimentally for the first time (1974). There is worked out a method allowing finding the areas of dynamic stability of unstable states of complex multi-component non-linear systems of the physical nature in the conditions of resonance and without in the analytical form with the necessary degree of accuracy (1988). For example, in 1989 a group of foreign authors was awarded the Nobel Prizeа for the non-resonance containment of charged particles in electrodynamic traps without feedback. In the opinion of foreign experts, this direction means a break-through in the field of fundamental physics, biophysics, and engineering. Later various scientists developed new unique techniques of diagnostics and biotechnology (nano-separation) on the basis of study of the dynamics of live cells in inhomogeneous electromagnetic fields (1994).
  2. Problem "1/R3" is solved (1984). There is shown for the first time the possibility of formation of resonance microklasters - stable resonance states of motions in the system of two oscillating dipoles (SOD) due to the non-linear parametric resonance.
  3. The phenomenon of contactless activation of liquids (CAL) confirming the existence of SOD in electrolyzers without diaphragm (1999) and during chemical reactions (2001) was discovered experimentally in the process of dissolving of microhydrin (capsules of "longevity"), components of the ordinary developer for black and white photography (Metolhydroquinone, Phenidonehydroquinone), tee, medicines.
  4. Developed is the method of microwave spectroscopy of CAL (2002). The CAL effect allows obtaining thermodynamic non-equilibrium liquids with microklaster structure and negative redox without changing their chemical composition (potable water, physiological solution, blood, etc.). Reference: microhydrin, when dissolved, leads to the analogous effect of obtaining of activated liquids with negative redox.
  5. There is demonstrated experimentally the positive effect of activated media (water, air) on biosystems (seed germination, growing fish from roe, cells, blood elements, during treatment of the sick).

The most promising lines of resonance technologies:
  1. Creation of particle traps of various types with dimensions from elementary to macro and study of the properties and dynamics of separate particles in such traps including electrons, ions, atoms, molecules (with their further packing on the board - molecular technology), cells, electrodynamic containment of plasma;
  2. Obtaining autonomous, stable, oscillating systems, in particular, autostable plasma, activated water;
  3. Robotization spatial contactless orientation, holding and control over microparts during assembling of various devices, instruments and articles;
  4. Selective separation of various powders (magnetic, ferromagnetic, etc., in particular, for magnetic media magnetic disks, tapes);
  5. Ultrasensitive sensors of fields (electromagnetic, acoustic, hydrodynamic, gravitational) on the basis of suspensions and SOD microclusters;
  6. Weighing, holding and moving various bodies (motor rotors, gyros, toys, hauling units on magnetic suspension);
  7. New contactless resonance methods of medical treatment with guaranty;
  8. New resonance methods of diagnostics on the basis of resonance containment of cells and SOD microclasters ;
  9. Solution of the problem of provision of the population with potable water (at a cost price of about $0.002 for 1 l), economical, effective, environmentally friendly production of potable water.

Installations and systems
for collective and individual safety

  1. "Izumrud-SI" ("Emerald" + "Stel") is a universal installation for preparation of potable water with specified mineral composition and properties and its production on the basis of detergent, disinfecting, and sterilizing solutions (Certificate of Compliance No. ROSS RU.AYA09.V16506 as of 13.06.2000, Hygiene Certificate No. 18.UC.02.515.P00049.02 as of 09.02.2000). The installation has high bactericidal properties, cleans water of high content of infection to standard requirements for potable water, completely removes suspended particles. Obtained solutions - catholyte and neutral anolyte - possess expressed detergent, disinfecting, and sterilizing properties. The installation provides shifting the initial water redox from +420 mV to -55 mV and more and obtaining water with specified composition (specifically, by ions Ca++, Mg++) on the basis of mineral compositions. Device versions: Model 01 - obtaining potable ionized water negative redox and specified mineral composition; Model 02 - functions of Model 01 + regulation of рН and redox; Model 03 - Model 02 + obtaining detergent, disinfecting, and sterilizing solutions; Models 01c, 02c, 03c - installations for collective use on the basis of a dispenser; Model 01 r/r - autonomous version for railroad, water, and automobile passenger transportation.
  2. Aeroionizer "LCh-1": (Chizhevsky lamp) sanitary-hygienic device (Certificate of Compliance No. ROSS RU.AYA09.V19012 as of 09.12.2000, Hygiene Certificate No. 18.UC.2.515.P.122.10.00 as of 26.10.2000) is design for enrichment of room air with light negative ions and compensation for aeroion deficit at the workplaces of PC users, for aeroiontherapy and ionization of the air in rooms, protection from the "display disease". Device "CHC-1" compensates for aeroion deficit at the workplaces of PC users to standard requirements of SanPiN 2.2.2.542-96, enriches the air of rooms with light negative ions to the sanitary hygienic norms No. 2152-80. The measured levels of intensity of the electromagnetic and electrostatic fields and the density of the magnetic flux from the aeroionizer do not exceed the admissible values. The content of ozone and nitrogen dioxide near the operating aeroionizer does not exceed the admissible norms for the free air. Application areas: offices, production areas, dwellings, educational, scientific, child and medical institutions, computing centers, cultural and welfare facilities, passenger transportation. "CAL-1" is a universal device for obtaining activated liquids with negative redox (infusion solutions, medicines, potable water, drinks, blood, detergents, disinfecting and sterilizing solutions) on the basis of contacless and contact activation of liquids for domestic use and in various areas of national economy (for example, medicine, agriculture, industry, oil extraction).
